SHIPPING NOTE: *Christmas Day Arrival Shipping does not include POLYWOOD® Furniture, Patio Furniture, Patio Heaters, Grills or Umbrellas
Shipping and Assembly Information
Most items are shipped FREE of charge throughout the contiguous US. If items are shipped outside of the contiguous United States, additional costs will apply, in which case we will use our preferred carriers to insure the inexpensive possible costs to you. You will be able to review your shipping costs prior to accepting the order. If we determine that we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you by phone and make the necessary adjustments. Estimated shipping dates will be available during the checkout process. You will also be able to log in to your account and check if there are any changes to the shipping times. All Shipping dates are only estimated and are subject to change based on availability. Once the product ships, an email will be sent with the tracking number and you will be able to track your order via 3rd party carrier. Delivery times may change based on carrier availability and customer address. Pelican is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.
If you are local and prefer white glove delivery from our team - We will deliver within a 25 mile radius of Whitehouse, NJ 08888. Delivery of furniture items will include Assembly, placement in your preferred area outside the home and removal of packaging. Delivery/Assembly pricing starts at $149. If you are outside of the 25 mile radius, but within 50 miles, please email us at customerservice@pelicanoutdoorshops.com for pricing and availability. A sales associate will contact you when order is ready and schedule delivery. Please note that delivery day can not be guaranteed at time of order. If you are unsure of how far you are and if your order qualifies, please email us at customerservice@pelicanoutdoorshops.com.
Order Pickup
If you have chosen FREE Order Pickup, please allow 2-4 days for your order to be ready for pickup. You will be emailed when your order is ready. If you would like to pick up on a specific day, please let us know so that we can work with you to accommodate your needs. Order Pickup is Monday- Friday 10am to 5pm unless otherwise arranged. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be canceled and refunded unless otherwise arranged.
Polywood Orders
Since Polywood Orders are Manufactured to Order they may have increased lead times mentioned on the product page and for the shipping options when placing an order. Shipping time is generally 1 week and Pelican cannot guarantee arrival date.
Cancelling an order while it is in production / shipped is not possible as Polywood does not cancel already in production / shipped orders. If you would like to return the product after it is delivered to you, you can do so. However, the customer is responsible to return shipping costs of the item(s).
Integrated Ski and Ski Boot Online Purchases
Integrated Skis
Integrated skis purchased online from Pelican Outdoor Shops are not set or adjusted by our team and therefore are not safe to ski until they are properly fitted by a certified ski technician. Ski bindings must be precisely adjusted to your weight, height, boot size, and skiing ability to ensure they release correctly and keep you safe on the mountain. There is a very specific formula designed and used by certified technicians to set properly and test the release value of the binding. Attempting to adjust bindings yourself can lead to serious injury or equipment damage. For your safety, all integrated skis must be brought to a certified technician for professional adjustment before use.
Ski Boots
At Pelican Outdoor Shops, we do not recommend buying ski boots online because the right fit is absolutely essential to your comfort, safety, and performance on the slopes. Every skier’s foot is unique, and choosing the wrong size or style can lead to pain, reduced control, or even injury. That’s why we strongly recommend visiting our shop, where our expert boot fitters take the time to measure, analyze, and match you with the perfect boot for your skill level and foot shape. In-store fitting ensures you get the support you need and the confidence to enjoy every run to the fullest.
If ski boots are purchased online, Pelican Outdoor Shops charges a 25% restocking fee because ski boots are highly specialized equipment that require professional fitting and often cannot be resold as new once tried on or used. Each pair must be thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and in many cases discounted as “open box” before being resold, which creates significant costs for the store. The fee helps cover these expenses and reflects the importance of proper in-store fitting—ensuring customers get the right boot the first time and avoid the hassle and added cost of returns.
